Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Svear (“Svear,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information collected through the svear.io website, early-access requests, and SMS messages you choose to receive from Svear.
TODOLegal entity name and LLC status, registered business address, privacy contact email, and the jurisdiction whose law governs this policy.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website at svear.io, early-access requests made through it, and the Svear SMS messaging program described below. Velo 31, the Svear application at app.svear.io, may be governed by separate terms and privacy documentation provided to customers.
TODOConfirm where the application's privacy documentation lives and link to it, and confirm how data processed in the application on behalf of client businesses is covered.
Information we collect
Early-access requests and applications
If you request early access to Velo 31, we ask for your name, work email, and agency name. You can also choose to tell us how many client accounts you manage and what you would like to improve.
If you apply to work with the Svear team as a business owner, we ask for your name, work email, business name, and industry or main service. You can also choose to share your website and what you want to grow or improve.
SMS messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Svear, we collect your mobile phone number, a record of your SMS opt-in and consent (such as when and how you opted in), and information about your messaging interactions, such as messages sent and received and any STOP or HELP replies.
Technical information
Like most websites, the site's hosting provider may process standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The site uses the Meta Pixel (pixel ID 1020032127731612), an advertising and analytics tool provided by Meta. It loads on every page and records a page view when you open a page or move between pages. On the Creative Pack page it also records when you click a checkout button, before you are sent to our payment provider.
The Meta Pixel sets cookies and sends information to Meta, including your IP address, browser and device details, the page you are viewing, and the page you arrived from. We use it to measure how our ads perform and to improve them. If you are signed in to a Meta service, Meta may be able to associate this activity with your account. Meta's own handling of that information is described in Meta's privacy policy.
You can limit this tracking through your browser settings, a content or ad blocker, or your Meta ad preferences. The site works normally if the Meta Pixel is blocked.
The site uses no other analytics or advertising tools. If you pause background motion, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage.
TODOConfirm the hosting provider and its logging, confirm exactly how early-access requests will be used and stored once the form is connected, and confirm whether a cookie consent mechanism is required for the Meta Pixel given where visitors are located.
