Introducing Velo 31 by Svear

Turn more leads into customers.

Velo 31 brings every client's leads, conversations, and follow-up into one operating system, so your agency always knows what happens after a lead comes in.

More clients shouldn't mean more disconnected work.

Every new client adds conversations, handoffs, and another place to check. When growth work is spread across tools, your team spends its time rebuilding context before it can decide what comes next.

  • Context gets scattered.

Lead details and conversation history sit in different places.

  • Handoffs slow the work.

Teams piece together who owns the next step.

  • Visibility takes effort.

Understanding progress across clients becomes a separate job.

Velo 31 is one operating layer that connects the work around each client.

Meet Velo 31.

The operating system Svear built for agencies: one connected view of the work behind every client's growth, from the whole portfolio down to the next thing one client needs.

Meta Ads: expanding in early access

From ad click to booked revenue.

One connected path: the click, the lead, the follow-up that keeps the conversation going, the booking, and the revenue it turned into.

  1. Meta ad: Spring tune-up campaign
  2. Lead captured: Instant form: water heater quote
  3. Velo 31: Checks fit and drafts the reply from the client’s Business Brain
  4. Follow-up: Replies and reminders keep the conversation going
  5. Booked work: Consultation, Thursday 10:30
  6. Revenue: Job outcome recorded to the campaign
  7. Better creative: What booked shapes the next campaign
Illustrative flow with sample data. Meta Ads is expanding in early access: the events that connect are confirmed during onboarding, and creative and campaign automation are expanding over time.

Every client gets a Business Brain.

One structured profile of the business: what it sells, where it works, how it prices, and how it wants leads handled. Every Velo 31 system reads from it.

Built from two sides of the same problem.

Svear was started by an AI engineer and a salesperson who saw the same gap from opposite ends. Ronan and Miles met at a networking event.

Co-Founder & AI Engineer

Ronan Howard

Ronan started looking for opportunities young, and he has kept at it ever since: building things of his own and experimenting with business ideas and new technology to see what works.

He went on to work on and test a number of AI and startup ideas. That experience pushed him toward building something larger and more focused, so he went all-in on Svear with Miles. It is now his primary focus.

Portrait of Miles Thomas

Co-Founder & Head of Sales

Miles Thomas

Miles brings real sales experience and an entrepreneurial streak to Svear, and he is at his best with people: starting conversations, building relationships, and opening doors. He leads sales at Svear, where that instinct turns into new business.

Different paths. The same instinct.

Ronan came to Svear as a builder, Miles through sales. What they share is the way they work: going after opportunities rather than waiting for them, and putting in the hours outside a normal schedule to build something of their own. They decided to commit to Svear together.

Businesses didn't need another disconnected tool. They needed one system that moves someone from attention all the way to revenue. That problem became Velo 31.

A few things to know.

Something we haven’t covered? Mention it in your request or application.

What is the difference between Svear and Velo 31?

Svear is the company and team. Velo 31 is the software Svear builds: the AI Growth Operating System for agencies. Agencies use Velo 31 across their clients, and service businesses can also work directly with the Svear team.

Who is Velo 31 for?

Agencies that manage growth for multiple service businesses, such as home services, field services, and property care. Agency owners and operations leads are the primary users.

I run a service business. Can I work with Svear?

Yes. Choose “Business owner” below and tell us about your business. We’ll follow up about whether working directly with the Svear team on marketing, lead follow-up, and growth systems is a fit.

Can one agency manage multiple clients?

Yes. That is the core of how Velo 31 is designed: one agency workspace, with a separate context for each client you manage.

Will Velo 31 replace our existing tools?

It depends on your workflow. We’ll talk through what you use today during early access rather than assume you should replace your stack.

Which integrations are supported?

Supported lead sources and integrations are confirmed during early access. Please don’t assume compatibility with a specific CRM, calendar, or channel based on the concept visuals on this page.

Does Velo 31 work with Meta Ads?

Velo 31 is being built to connect Meta lead activity with the follow-up, bookings, and revenue that come after the click. Meta Ads is expanding in early access: the events that connect are confirmed during onboarding, and creative and campaign automation are expanding over time.

How much does it cost, and when can we join?

Pricing and access timing aren’t published yet. Request early access and we’ll follow up about availability. No purchase is required.
